Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Machinist - Mills & Lathes to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of a dynamic production environment supporting skilled manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machinist - Mills & Lathes

Location: St. Charles, MO

Pay Range:

Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift

What's the Job?

Set up and operate CNC machines including Mills and Lathes. Perform light CNC programming and troubleshoot programs on the shop floor. Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and adjust as needed. Make tooling changes and modify tool geometry. Conduct light machine maintenance (e.g., oiling, greasing) and maintain a clean work area.

What's Needed?

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in G-code and M-code. Experience with Mazatrol is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints. Skilled in using precision measuring equipment.
