Job Description
The machinist and programmer will work from drawings and engineering specifications to set up and operate multi-axis CNC machining equipment, including performing finishing operations such as deburring. The primary focus will be on producing hydraulic pump components utilizing Mazatrol programming.
ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate multi-axis CNC machining equipment.Perform finishing operations such as deburring.Produce hydraulic pump components using Mazatrol programming.Program and operate Mazak lathe and Swiss lathe machines.Work with g&m codes for CNC programming.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in Mazak/Mazatrol programming.5+ years of experience in CNC lathe setup and operation, specifically Citizen Swiss.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with OD/ID grinding is preferred.Knowledge of 5S Quality Standards is beneficial.Ability to set up and operate Swiss lathe machines is a plus.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
