Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
Join our team as a CNC Machinist where you will play a crucial role in the assembly and testing of valves. This position requires precision and attention to detail as you work with a variety of mechanical components and machinery.
Responsibilities
Tear down old valves and inventory salvageable parts.Assemble brand new valves, including nuts, bolts, pipes, pipe fittings, gaskets, and seals.Test assembled valves to ensure proper functionality.Operate and maintain a Toshiba Boring/Milling machine and a large CNC G&L vertical turning lathe.Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years of machinist experience.Mechanical aptitude and ability to work on multiple machines.Minimum of 2 years of experience with hand and power tools.Experience in mechanical assembly and schematic reading.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with power tools and general production labor.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm, with optional Saturday hours from 5am to Noon. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, and uniforms can be purchased after direct hire. Welders must provide their own helmets while gloves are supplied. Personal tools are required, though some air tools and large sockets and wrenches are provided.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
