Job Title: CNC MachinistJob Description

We are actively seeking skilled CNC Machinists with expertise ranging from 2-axis to 5-axis machining. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly and identification on higher axis machines and can independently set up machines. Familiarity with Fanuc, Mazak, and Okuma controls is necessary, along with the ability to troubleshoot and make minor edits to improve finishes. A solid understanding of multiple drawings for a single product is crucial.

ResponsibilitiesSet up machines independently without programming requirements.Operate CNC machines with Fanuc, Mazak, and Okuma controls.Perform assembly and identification on higher axis machines.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machining finishes.Interpret multiple product drawings accurately.Essential Skills2-5 years of CNC Mill or Lathe machining experience.Ability to set up machines independently.Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints.Experience with measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Level II: 1-2 years of experience with machine setup.Level III: 3-7 years of experience, able to set up and edit machines.Level IV: Over 10 years of experience working with 5-axis machines.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a clean, air-conditioned machine shop environment. Safety is a priority, with required steel-toed safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection. Employees will frequently work near moving mechanical parts, with noise levels managed to ensure a comfortable and safe workspace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Settlement, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
