**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Job Description** The CNC Machinist is responsible for producing high-precision carbide, carbide-tipped, and HSS cutting tools using CNC ANCA and NumRoto grinding machines. This role involves programming, setup, machine operation, and quality inspection to ensure consistent, premium-quality products. **Responsibilities** + Set up CNC grinding machines and apply offsets as required. + Accurately read and interpret blueprints. + Inspect tools for defects using quality control instruments. + Program and operate CNC machines for tool grinding. + Perform visual and dimensional inspections to maintain quality standards. + Communicate quality issues to programmers and management. + Pull materials for upcoming jobs and maintain daily machine functionality. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience operating CNC machines (5 axis) and cutting/grinding equipment. + Experience operating on ANCA Machines, United Grinding Walter machines, or Rollomatic machines (need at least 1 of the 3). + Experience with CNC programming (basic experience is fine). + Quality inspection experience. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with G and M code. + Proficiency in CNC tooling and 5 axis CNC operations. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where precision and quality are valued.
