**Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and editing CNC programs across a variety of machines. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced equipment, tight tolerances, and precision manufacturing in a collaborative environment. **Responsibilities** + Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality components + Work with a variety of CNC equipment including Okuma, DMG Mori, Mazak, HAAS, EDM, and more + Perform machining tasks with tight tolerances to meet engineering specifications + Utilize G&M code for program editing (no full programming required) + Inspect finished parts and ensure compliance with quality standards + Collaborate with team members to optimize machining processes **Qualifications** + Proven CNC machining experience (required) + Experience with both mill and lathe operations (preferred, not required) + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints + Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Sarasota, FL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
