**Job Description**
  
  
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC Lathe and/or Mill machines. This role is integral in ensuring precision in the production process.
  
  
**Responsibilities**
  
  
+ Set up and operate CNC Lathe and Mill machines.
  
+ Maintain the CNC machines and perform routine maintenance.
  
+ Read and interpret drawings and identify the correct bill of materials.
  
+ Adhere to guidelines and procedures while working from a bill of material (BOM) and bill of operations (BOO).
  
+ Perform inspections of workpieces using gauge equipment.
  
+ Utilize manual equipment for necessary duties.
  
+ Identify and solve problems with tooling, machine functions, and raw materials.
  
+ Adjust or modify CNC programming as needed.
  
+ Develop and implement CNC machining processes, including CNC programming, process tooling, work holding, process documentation, and first article validation.
  
  
**Essential Skills**
  
  
+ Basic understanding of CNC machine language/codes.
  
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  
+ Experience in inspecting workpieces using gauge equipment.
  
+ Capability to perform routine maintenance on machine tools.
  
+ 1+ years of CNC Machining experience.
  
  
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
  
  
+ Tooling knowledge and maintenance.
  
+ Familiarity with various types of raw materials.
  
+ Full competency in lathe, mill, and multi-axis operations.
  
+ Understanding of automation in conjunction with machining.
  
  
**Pay and Benefits**
  
  
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
