Job Description
We are seeking skilled CNC Mill Machinists with over two years of experience in CNC machining operations, specifically with Haas machinery. The primary responsibility will be operating a vertical HAAS mill machine. This role requires proficiency in performing basic setups, tooling changes, and a strong understanding of reading blueprints and utilizing measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
ResponsibilitiesOperate vertical HAAS mill machines efficiently.Perform basic setups and tooling changes as required.Interpret and work according to blueprints and customer specifications.Ensure all manufactured components meet the required standards for the electronics industry.Apply knowledge of measuring techniques and tools for quality assurance.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years of CNC machining operating experience.Proficiency with Haas machinery.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Strong knowledge of measuring techniques and tools such as calipers and micrometers.Experience with GD&T, Fanuc, and machining operations.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with CNC, Lathe, and Mill machining.Familiarity with a job shop environment and custom-to-order manufacturing.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role is based in a machine shop where safety is paramount. The work environment is characterized by a laid-back atmosphere with music playing, fostering a relaxed yet productive atmosphere. Employees work a day shift from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:15 pm, and are expected to contribute to a team that manufactures components for the electronics industry from customer specifications.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hillsboro, Oregon.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
