Job Description
Join our team and contribute to the safe operation of complex production equipment and manufacturing tools in the production and packaging of various products. Utilize your skills to follow digital work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams, ensuring that product and customer specifications are met.
ResponsibilitiesOperate automatic or semi-automatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls to ensure adherence to production specifications.Report any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities, making minor adjustments and repairs.Set up and operate a wide range of machine tools, such as mill-turns, mills, lathes, and grinders.Align and secure tooling, holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, or materials onto machines.Modify programs for Robot and/or Vision Systems and write product-specific robot programs.Troubleshoot and adjust programs in PLC to manipulate parts to specification.Confer with engineering, supervisory, or manufacturing personnel to exchange technical information.Complete all necessary documentation, electronic data entries, and communications accurately and timely.Perform inspection of machined products using precision gaging to ensure quality specifications are met.Support Lean Enterprise initiatives and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction through quality improvement and waste reduction.Essential SkillsExperience with blueprints and mechanical assembly.Proficiency in operating lathes, mills, and other machining tools.Ability to use calipers and other precision measurement tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrefer experience running CNC machines.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
