Our client, manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the production department supporting the Shaft Cell team. The ideal candidate will have efficiency, a sense of urgency, and strong teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machinist

Location: Clackamas, OR

Pay Range: Compensation details are based on experience and qualifications

Shift: Training on days, then moving to swing shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)

What's the Job?

Operate CNC machines to produce precision shafts according to specifications Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues promptly Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Maintain accurate documentation of work performed

What's Needed?

3-5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist Ability to demonstrate efficiency and a strong work ethic Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to train on day shift before moving to swing shift Knowledge of CNC machine operation and safety standards
