Cnc Machinist
**Job Title: CNC Set Up and Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team, responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills or lathes for short runs, typically no more than 25 parts. The role involves reading blueprints to determine part specifications and machine operation requirements, changing tools, making minor adjustments to programs as needed, inspecting products with precision measuring tools, and performing preventative maintenance on machinery. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes for short runs. + Read blueprints to determine part specifications and machine operation requirements. + Change tools and make minor adjustments to programs as needed. + Inspect products using micrometers, calipers, and other gauges. + Perform preventative maintenance on machinery. **Essential Skills** + 2 years of CNC setup experience. + Experience performing multiple setups per day. + 2 years of blueprint reading experience. + 2 years of experience with micrometers and calipers. + 1 year of experience changing tools. + Knowledge of lathe and mill operations. + Experience with Fanuc controls. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + G&M code knowledge is a plus. + Experience with multiple setups daily or job shop experience is a plus. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52956.00 - $76627.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
