**Job Title: CNC Machinist**
**Job Description**
Join a skilled team as a CNC Machinist, where you will operate advanced CNC machining equipment and perform essential tasks related to tool maintenance and quality assurance. This role requires precision and attention to detail, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate Diamond CNC machining equipment.
+ Perform cleanup and inspection of Diamond tools.
+ Braise tools as necessary.
+ Fill out required documentation related to tools and machine operations.
+ Conduct routine machine maintenance.
+ Inspect tools for quality assurance and provide support to team members.
+ Assist the Supervisor in managing customer demand, balancing department workload, and optimizing machine utilization.
+ Train, develop, and support department personnel to ensure team success.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience setting up, breaking down, and programming CNC machines.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD.
+ Experience with 5-axis machines.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with a Zoller Measuring machine is a plus.
+ Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
+ Proficiency in working with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

**Work Environment**
The position is based in a small machine shop with around 5-8 employees. You will be working in the diamond department alongside two other individuals. The environment fosters teamwork and collaboration among skilled professionals.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Ontario, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $76960.00/yr.
