CNC Machinist

Summary: Seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with expertise in operating and setting up various CNC machines for production runs.

Requirements:

Proficient in G-Code and M-Code Ability to perform machine setups for production runs Experience in a manufacturing environment Skilled in blueprint reading

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with CNC mills (3-4 axis VMC) such as Fanuc, Bridgeport, Mazak, Haas Experience with CNC lathes (2-4 axis) including Mazak, Haas, Dmg Mori Seiki, Samsung, Hyundai-Wia Knowledge of CNC mills (5+ axis VMC) and lathes (5+ axis), particularly Haas machines Proficiency using calipers and micrometers Understanding of horizontal machining centers (3-4 axis and 5+ axis), especially Mazak

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machinery to fabricate metal parts according to specifications Set up machines for production runs ensuring precision and quality standards are met

Pay Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
