Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the production department supporting the Shaft Cell team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate efficiency, a strong sense of urgency, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Clackamas, OR
Pay Range: Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Shift: Day shift training, then swing shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)

Operate CNC machines to produce precision components in accordance with specifications Set up and calibrate machinery to ensure optimal performance Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesWhat's Needed?
3-5 years of experience working as a CNC Machinist Ability to demonstrate efficiency and a proactive work ethic Strong teamwork and communication skills Knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWhat's in it for me?
