Estimated hourly base pay: $23.34 (minimum) - $29.18(midpoint) - $35.02 (maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime
Estimated hourly base pay: $28.46 (minimum) - $35.58 (midpoint) - $42.70 (maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime

Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our advanced manufacturing equipment. This is a 3rd shift position at our Rock Cut Campus located in Loves Park, IL.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background to diagnose, maintain, and repair CNC machinery. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about solving complex mechanical and electrical challenges, we want to hear from you!
What You Will Be Doing
Responsible for preventative and general maintenance and repair of hydraulic, mechanical and systems, machining centers, etc. on the production floor.
Using Impulse, MS Word, WWD systems to manage PM schedules and work orders
Participating in reactive maintenance requests, responding to down machines in emergency situations on the shop floor.
Fluid and filter changes on machinery including but not limited to custom machinery and other types (CNC, NC, pressure washers, etc.).
Light mechanical and electrical repairs on (see machines above). Knowledge of machine operations – (see machines above).
Manage preventative maintenance schedule with production workers and leadership on the shop floor.
Working independently or with a 2-person team on a daily basis.
Additional Information:
Materials and Equipment Used: Daily uses fasteners, electrical wire, motors, pumps, drive assemblies, and purchased machine parts. Routinely uses pressure gages, micrometers, machinist hand tools, ampere probes, digital multimeters, welding equipment, and machine tools (mill, lathe, drill press, etc.). Working Environment/Physical Activities: Exertion of 50 pounds of force on a regular basis, and occasionally up to 100 pounds is required. Work is both indoors and outdoors. Work can be at heights, or in cramped and confined spaces. Chemical Exposure - Exposure to rotating and moving machine components, pressurized vessels/plumbing, chemicals, high temperatures, electricity, and oil. Rotating on call work will be required. Weekend and overtime work with short notice
What we are looking for:
Level 2:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial, electrical or mechanical manufacturing environment OR a minimum of 3 years of experience in a machine repair role is required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Level 3:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in a machine repair role is required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
