Summary: Seeking CNC Lathe Machinists with expertise in aerospace manufacturing for precision component production.

CNC lathe setup and operation experience required

Ability to perform own setups

Expertise working to tight aerospace tolerances

Senior Level Position Requirements:

10+ years of experience

Expertise in multi-axis CNC turning centers preferred

Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T, and aerospace tolerances

Ability to perform complex setups and first article production with minimal supervision

Experience machining hard-to-cut alloys and heat-resistant materials

Knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, and FAA quality requirements

Proficiency in inspection tools and precision measuring techniques

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Okuma and Fanuc controls

Background in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives

Understanding of cutting tool technology

Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality precision components for aerospace applications using CNC lathes

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
