**CNC Machinist**

**Job Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce parts to exact specifications.
+ Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
+ Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
+ Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and maintain tolerances.
+ Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as needed.
+ Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve processes and product quality.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
**Essential Skills**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in machining or related field preferred.
+ 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
+ Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining principles.
+ Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection tools.
+ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with G-code is beneficial.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
