Summary: Seeking a CNC Field Service Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for CNC machinery.

Requirements:

3+ years of technical school or equivalent experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Knowledge of industrial automation equipment troubleshooting and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. Process-oriented with the ability to complete travel and expense reports.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the CNC Machinery Industry providing technical support. Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-installation reviews and oversee machine installations at customer facilities. Inspect, adjust, and start up newly installed machines; demonstrate safe setup, operation, and maintenance protocols. Provide warranty and non-warranty service including problem identification, maintenance, repair services, and training as required. Regularly visit assigned customers to assess machine operation and suggest service needs. Develop relationships with local distributors for technical support collaboration. Complete service reports accurately within specified time frames. Provide remote technical support via phone and email.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
