Are you a skilled machinist with a passion for precision and continuous improvement? Join our team as a CNC Advanced Machinist and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

 

What You’ll Do:

As a vital member of our production team, you’ll be responsible for setting up and adjusting a variety of machines to ensure optimal performance. Your day-to-day will include:

Setting up and operating lathes, cutters, borers, millers, grinders, presses, drills, and CNC machines Aligning and positioning tools, gears, cams, and templates to meet exact specifications Performing test cycles to verify timing, clearance, and tolerances Troubleshooting and resolving machine setup issues Making program edits and adjustments directly on CNC machines Reading blueprints and layouts to plan work sequences and tooling Training and mentoring team members as needed Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives like kaizen and cycle time reduction.

 

What You Bring:

High School Diploma or equivalent 3–5 years of experience in CNC machine setup (preferred) Strong understanding of machine changeovers and adjustments Familiarity with coolant and cutting oils Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows) Experience with CNC machines; knowledge of Fanuc G & M codes is a plus
