Services:
• working with an active student, looking for someone who can be engaged with the student consistently throughout the day.
• student requires assistance for transfers to and from wheelchairs.
• hygiene component
• would be working with a stander, gate trainer, would need some familiarity with adaptive seating. candidate would never be providing more than 50% of assistance to the student.
• transportation element, meet at students house for pickup/drop off located at 60563
Need to be flexible/will be up and moving and on your feet with students, wheelchair assistance, transferring to and from wheel chair, positioning students, hygiene/toileting, feeding assistance, must have experience working with medically fragile students who do exhibit some more challenging behaviors (biting/hitting/aggression)

Requirements:
CNA License and Pediatric Experience is required.
School experience preferred
The CNA School Aide provides support services in varioussettings, including one-on-one, classroom support, and health officeclinics. Services may includeinstructional support, personal care, behavioral assistance, and basic healthservices in the health clinic. This individual works under the supervision ofthe district school nurse or a clinical designee.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Current Certified Nursing Assistant required bystate/contract/or client, required
+ Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
