**Job Summary and Responsibilities** As a CNA-Phlebotomist, you will provide basic nursing care and assist with daily living activities under licensed practitioner direction. Every day you will perform skilled blood collection, maintain an organized work environment for efficient clinical workflow, and encompass holistic patient care. To be successful, you will demonstrate compassionate care, precise phlebotomy, and a commitment to efficiency, supporting both patient needs and the clinical team. + Under the direction and supervision of the Licensed Practitioner, RN or LPN, participates in the nursing process which includes: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.
