Job Summary and Responsibilities

Glendale Memorial Hospital & Health Center is searching for an exceptional CNA Patient Care Assistant to join our vital Float Pool team! We need compassionate, confident, and quick-thinking Patient Care Assistants / Certified Nursing Assistants who thrive in ever-changing environments. If you possess a servant heart, excellent communication skills, and the ability to seamlessly integrate into new teams, you're exactly who we're looking for.

As a Float Pool CNA Patient Care Assistant, you'll be instrumental in supporting our patients' daily needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity. Your versatility will be your greatest asset as you provide direct care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and contribute to a positive healing environment across various units.

This position is represented by CHEU and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.


Job Requirements
CNA training and education in an accredited CNA certification program required. At least one (1) year of acute hospital experience required.Certified Nursing Assistant (CA CNA Lic.) required. Basic Life Support Cert (AHA BLS Cert) required.
