**Certified Nursing Assistant – Hospice**
**Part Time | 0.50 FTE | Night Shift**
**Ray Hickey Hospice House – Vancouver, WA**
**Hourly Range:** $22.04 – $33.10 (DOE)
PeaceHealth is seeking a **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)** to join our compassionate care team at the Ray Hickey Hospice House in Vancouver, Washington. This part-time night shift role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful end-of-life care in a supportive and team-focused environment.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
+ Take and record vital signs, monitor intake/output, and assist with treatments as directed by nursing staff.
+ Support patients and families with comfort, dignity, and respect throughout their care journey.
+ Stock rooms and maintain supplies to support patient and caregiver needs.
+ Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
+ Provide clerical support as needed, including chart processing and answering phones.
**Qualifications:**
+ Graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program.
+ Current Washington State CNA certification.
+ Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required at hire).
+ Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in acute care preferred.
+ Compassion, strong communication skills, and the ability to support patients and families during sensitive times.
