The Global Business Services Commodity Management Services group offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team that handles a variety of responsibilities and challenges. As part of the IBM Invoicing team, you will support multiple ADM processing locations by managing invoicing for finished products and coordinating freight transactions for raw materials across North America. We’re looking for a collaborative team player who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in building strong relationships with internal and external partners.

ExperienceMinimum of three years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficiency with IBM systems, CICS, IMS, and the Microsoft Office suite preferred.Job RequirementsExhibits initiative, adaptability, and strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-changing work environment.Demonstrated history of dependability and consistent performance under strict deadlines.Thrives in a team-oriented, collaborative setting while maintaining accountability for individual tasks.Possesses advanced knowledge of ADM systems, including CICS, IMS (OPGO, FCGO, PCGO, QCGO, FBA Menu), and MDM, with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools efficiently.Communicates clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.Skilled in maintaining and analyzing accounts using Microsoft Excel.ResponsibilitiesProcess OPGO sales invoices / corrections and manage FCGO sales contracts & PCGO purchase transactions accurately and on time across multiple locations and product categories.Manage freight billing for products using the FBA Menu system for several sites.Collaborate effectively with IBM Invoicing CMS and Commercial teams to ensure superior customer service and operational efficiency.Foster strong working relationships with IBM OPGO stakeholders to support business objectives.Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements within IBM invoicing operations, including freight management.Participate in cross-training initiatives to develop proficiency in all IBM invoicing transactional responsibilities.Excited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
