Description • Project experience setting up, configuring, and maintaining Maximo to ensure it meets client requirements. This includes managing user roles, permissions, and access controls. • Designing and implementing workflows and processes within Maximo to streamline maintenance operations and improve efficiency. • Creating and managing asset records, including the addition of new assets, updating existing asset information, and tracking asset performance and lifecycle. • Managed work orders through Maximo, maintaining clear logs and accurate documentation. • Refine processes, identify issues, recommend solutions, provide expertise, develop action plans, identify operational efficiencies/deficiencies through process improvement initiatives. • Provide and maintain accuracy of equipment metadata and Work Order related data such as PM (project management) plans, Route, and Schedules. • Experience with completing projects for full equipment lifecycle and set up of new lab build outs. • Ability to drive material management process in facilities via requisitions, Purchase Orders (PO), Five S (5s) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Maintains Asset and Maintenance Materials master data for local site using the company’s CMMS (Maximo) Manages, maintain, and optimizes schedules in collaboration with facilities and operations management Includes onboarding of new assets and scheduling maintenance plans harmonized with operating and shutdown schedules Own the CMMS change process for asset criticality, preventative maintenance procedure changes and spare parts changes Enters spare parts in the material master, constructs BOMs, and assigns stocking levels in collaboration with stakeholders; Skills computerized maintenance management system cmms Top Skills Details computerized maintenance management system cmms Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience transitioning client sites from EAM (enterprise asset management) to APM (asset performance management) CMMS software. • Client uses: Infor/Hexagon EAM; Maximo experience will still help with the learning curve. Previously we have acted as the Maximo System Owner. • Experience with various CMMS including EAM, APM, and SAP (systems, applications and products). • Need 5+ years experience in regulated pharma or biotech environment • Bachelor’s degree Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
