CMMS Maintenance Planner
The CMMS Maintenance Planner supports the Maintenance/Facilities team by managing spare parts inventory, scheduling labor, and maintaining accurate records in the CMMS (Dematic Sprocket). This role ensures operational efficiency, vendor coordination, and compliance support. This position is located in Moreno Valley/Perris, CA. **Key Responsibilities:** + Plan and schedule maintenance tasks in CMMS. + Build work packages and coordinate parts handoff. + Create and manage purchase orders and vendor invoices. + Maintain and organize MRO spare parts inventory. + Ensure data accuracy in CMMS and support reporting. + Coordinate emergency repairs and vendor services. + Track warranties and source alternative parts/vendors. **Qualifications:** + 2+ years in maintenance planning and CMMS management. + Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and math testing required. + Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Experience with vendor management and material handling equipment. **Physical Requirements:** + Warehouse environment; standing/walking on concrete floors. + Lifting up to 50 lbs; frequent bending, reaching, and handling. + Regular attendance and punctuality required. **Pay Details:** $25.08 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
