Job Description Summary

This role is focused on the support of all Major Commodity Programs and Regional Execution teams. The goal of this role is to support the regional execution teams including Facility Management, Supply Chain, Suppliers, and the Vendor Managers to ensure compliance and proper execution of all programs through the CMMS Database (Corrigo) and Vendor Management Inbox. The CMMS Coordinator will be the main point of contact within the Vendor Management group related to Corrigo and responsible for maintaining the highest level of accuracy for the data that is being housed within the database.

Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for one or more of the following:

Schedule data management

Contract Amendment Request (CAR) oversight and governance

Provide daily and/or weekly reports of various progress updates (CARs, Invoices, Outstanding Work Orders)

Subject matter expert related to CMMS database

Manage shared mailbox; respond to general inquiries and escalate as appropriate

Maintain and update Specialty Dispatch tables

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS degree in a related discipline or field of study or equivalent experience 

Experience in communicating with all levels of management

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, strong communication skills

Proactively searches for process improvement

Takes ownership, problem solves thoughtfully and in a timely manner

TARGET COMPETENCIES 

Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to track all work and key metrics

Ability to process work quickly, accurately and with changing priorities

Ability to develop user documentation as it relates to functions

Ability to effectively interpret and apply policy and procedure

Strong verbal presentation skills, ability to communicate planning strategy and concepts to Leadership through to move plans to employees

Basic understanding of Corporate Real Estate and Financial concepts

PEOPLE SKILLS 

Strong team player who is adaptable and capable of driving change

Effective oral, written communication and presentation skills

Advanced relationship building skills

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $24.52 - $28.85
