Overview
We are seeking a CMMS Administrator that is able to work in the U.S. to manage and optimize our Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) and support the full asset lifecycle, from commissioning to decommissioning in the greater Sanford, NC area. This role involves creating and tracking work orders, maintaining compliance documentation, monitoring system performance, and generating reports to support operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background, experience with CMMS platforms such as SAP, Maximo, or Blue Mountain, and a strong understanding of maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This is an on-site position, requiring collaboration with engineering teams, maintenance planners, and technicians to ensure efficient and compliant asset managemen t. Responsibilities
+ Manage asset lifecycle processes including commissioning, decommissioning, idling, reactivation, and relocation of assets.
+ Ability to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
+ Create, assign, and track work orders for maintenance activities such as pump replacements, sensor calibrations, and pressure gauge checks.
+ Support compliance by maintaining documentation for audits, change controls, and SOPs related to asset management.
+ Monitor system performance and generate reports to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Associate’s degree with relevant experience
+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
+ Demonstrate expertise in preventive maintenance strategies, maintenance planning, time- and strategy-based maintenance, equipment breakdown response, and various repair methodologies.
+ Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and maintenance operations, with the ability to support and optimize technical workflows.
+ Experienced with CMMS platforms such as EAMs, SAP, Maximo, and Blue Mountain, with a strong understanding of maintenance portal functionalities.
+ Familiarity with asset management workflows in industrial or manufacturing environments.
+ Familiarity with pumps, motors, flowmeters, sensors, gauges, thermocouples, etc.
