Summary: Seeking a CMM Programmer with expertise in Calypso software for developing and modifying inspection processes in aerospace machining.

Requirements:

Experience with CMM programming using Calypso software Proficiency with Zeiss Machine and a variety of inspection equipment Background from aerospace machining shop

Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of mechanical and computerized inspection equipment Ability to develop, document, and utilize alternative inspection techniques

Responsibilities:

Develops and modifies inspection processes for raw materials and secondary operations Inspects high value, complex parts using mechanical and computerized equipment Utilizes statistical techniques to improve process capabilities Writes and updates incoming inspection methods Collaborates with engineers to set up inspection instructions for new parts Determines disposition of rejected materials and communicates supplier quality issues

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
