Summary: Seeking a CMM Programmer with extensive experience in CMM PC-DMIS Programming and mechanical inspection.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of recent CMM Programming experience

Proficiency in CMM PC-DMIS Programming

Strong knowledge of inspection tools, advanced shop mathematics, and machine shop practices

Thorough understanding of geometric tolerancing (GD&T)

Ability to work from blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions

Strong computer skills

Responsibilities:

Program and operate CMM machines for precise measurements

Perform mechanical inspections using various tools and techniques

Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate measurements

Maintain records of inspection results and provide detailed reports

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
