CMM Programmer

Adecco is looking for candidates for a **CMM Programmer** in Carlsbad, CA. This is a 4–6-month opportunity that will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable experience as a **Coordinate Measuring Machine programmer** .
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities include:
· Strong knowledge of GD&T
· Perform inspections using CMM
· Able to create, debug, and verify CMM program running VeriSurf software
· Works alongside customers for alignment on CMM programs
· Perform AS9102 FAI Inspections and reports.
· Provide feedback to program management team for labor hours to perform a CMM inspection
· Works alongside Program Management team to provide inspection quotes and lead times
· Strong knowledge of inspection tools; Gauges, Calipers.
· Keeps close communication to production managers, program managers to solve any issues that require immediate attention.
· Approves final inspection products to specified requirements.
· Delivers inspection results to Program Managers other departments as necessary.
· Documents inspection results using internal QA database, FAIRs, AS9102 FAIR, PPAP reports.
· Documents Non-Conforming Material/RMAs.
· Follows guidelines for using and maintaining measurement tools.
· Provides feedback to the QA Manager for any inspection issues.

· High School Diploma at minimum and 4 years of related experience and or training equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Experience using VeriSurf CMM software is a huge plus
· Strong knowledge of GD&T
· Previous experience using CMM or articulating arms
· Ability to read, write, communicate and comprehend basic instructions.
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions.
· Must have experience using inspection tools such as calipers, height gages, micrometers.
· Knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100D Standard
· Inspection experience
· Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently
· Able to read drawings and understand symbols

**Pay Details:** $26.00 to $31.00 per hour
