**Job Title: CMM Programmer**
**Job Description**
As a key contributor to our new product launch team, the CMM Programmer creates inspection programs and determines other inspection methods to evaluate machined part quality vs customer specifications. The Programmer also supports engineering implementation of product revisions and process improvements, as well as providing other inspection services.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up, program, and complete dimensional inspections using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
+ Interpret complicated drawings, control plans, process instructions, and work instructions to determine features to be inspected.
+ Use micrometers, calipers, and an extensive array of other gages as required to complete planned inspections.
+ Document detailed inspection results and full dimensional layouts for submission to customers.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience performing dimensional inspections using a CMM with PC-DMIS software.
+ Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and height gages.
+ Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
+ Proficiency in CMM programming and operation.
+ Knowledge of C++, CNC, Mastercam, and embedded software.
+ Ability to interpret blueprints and machining processes.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Formal training in GD&T, metrology, and CMM programming.
+ PC-DMIS CAD/CAM experience.
+ Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
