TITLE: CMM Operator REPORTS TO: CMM Supervisor
Job Description:
Responsible for running CMM inspection on all routed patterns, maintaining logs, and notifying supervision of issues. Also responsible for running core scan inspections.
Responsibilities:
Follows the customer work instructions to properly run CMM programs on incoming patternsFollows the customer work instructions to properly run core scan programsFully understand and carry out all procedures in the case of inspection failure as listed in department work instructionWill perform minor de-flashing as necessary to ensure patterns can properly runLabel all non-serialized inspected patterns to ensure data traceabilityWill accurately monitor inspection results to maintain product flow and identify issuesPerform additional higher-level tasks as necessary (running alignments, calibrations, etc.)Will meet the designated rates for production and accurately fill production time sheetsFollow all safety and 6-S guidelines for the area
