Required Capabilities
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, math data, reports, instructions and guidelinesProficient in MSA and SPC (Training to be provided)Proficient in using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)Proficient in using measuring instruments, i.e. caliper, micrometer, height gages, etc.Able to use Brown & Sharp DCC Coordinate Measuring Machine.Able to demonstrate understanding of how job performance affects product quality and customer satisfactionAble to work well with others; build and maintain positive employee relationsAble to prepare, read and interpret written reports, instructions, procedures and guidelinesProficient in personal computer operation and applications in a MS Windows operating system.Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, suppliers and customerAble to safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistanceAble to safely use slings and hoistsAble to maintain punctuality and good attendance recordAble to maintain confidentiality, and use discretion and tactAble to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAble to work flexible hours and overtimeMust display a can-do attitude and be able to work and perform job responsibilities with a minimum amount of direct supervisionQualifications, Education and Experience
High School diploma or GE3+ years’ experience operating a CMM machine.Successful completion of AIAG MSA Certification Exam to be done within one year from hire date.
