Your Role
Own the change from request through implementation and tracks the action items to closure.Need to understand the technical issues behind the change, in order to assess the problem and document technical recommendation.Lead low-to-medium complexity changes (resistor/capacitor EOL, minor mechanical/electronic component updates).Coordinate between suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing teams.Analyze impact assessments (cost, quality, lead time, validation needs).Support alternate component qualification ( working with technical assessment partners, compliance checks).Track validation progress through Supplier change Coordinator.Ensure regulatory compliance (AEC-Q, ISO/TS 16949).Complete the Change Request (CR) with support from the affected Stakeholders (e.g. Project Manager, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Systems Engineer, etc.).Record costs, impact, and documents all affected items and product or process documents.Present the change and clarifies any question during the Technical / Organizational Review.Track the required change approvals Confirm with CIL that all activities for a CN are completedUpdate and modify the Change Request per agreement with corresponding Stakeholder Create new part & document numbers and run a where used report.Routes the CR to technical/organizational/PCE assessors and reviewers Send CR to Change Leader for final approvalApprove the implementation plan for CNYour Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
Experience in Change Management or as Change Leader for about2-4 Years with B.Tech / 1-2 years M.Tech
8-10 Years with B.Tech / 6-8 years M.Tech
Experience in document management related positionCompletion of the internal CMII certification courseGood knowledge of CMII process and the GES systemMaster’s degree in engineeringGeneral knowledge of technical documentation (mechanical and electrical)Knowledge of engineering proceduresKnowledge of database structureMS Office knowledge Good oral and written English skillsWhy join us?
