CMI Social Media Analyst
Key OK Rs: (1) to work on and support social - first brand building insights , involving data structuring and analyses , via BESS, Chorus and campaign data (2) to deliver social listening findings to address business questions Details: + Work closely with the B&W CMI team to translate internal briefs into structured, high-quality data and analytics projects. + Conduct analysis using both general and in-house tools ( e.g . YouScan , Google Keyword Planner, Tiktok analytic etc. ) ; build and test queries on internal social/search data platforms. + Deliver both qualitative and quantitative social insights, identifying emerging consumer trends and cultural signals to inform business, marketing, and innovation strategies. + Synthesi s e findings into clear, actionable reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are communicated effectively to non-technical audiences. + Promote and communicate Digital Consumer & Social Insights capabilities within the Beauty & Wellbeing team. Monthly Milestones + Ensure high quality data inpu ts , involving t agging review , keyword s selection , campaign mapping, etc. + Build query and extract data from digital data tools . + Conduct analysis using both general and in-house analytic tools . + S ynthesising data and analysis into trend signal, impactful, trigger inspiration and actionable recommendations. + Communicate and/or present the key findings and insight to multiple stakeholders in B&W Expected Deliverables/Outputs + BESS Quarterly Performance Report, Monthly Summary, and Key Campaign Deep Dive – these reports to include insight to improved BESS performance and competitive insights. + Yearly beauty trend update reports + Ad hoc reports upon business questions Educational background: Preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Marketing or any related Professional background expected: Social Listening Analyst, Social Media Analyst, Media and Digital Analyst Specific skill required: + Experience in analytical roles, providing insights and recommendations. + Ability to detect social signals and emerging trends. + Strong understanding of social media ecosystems and brand health metrics, and their impact on brand equity and business growth. + Proficient in data processing tools (e.g., MS Excel) and eager to learn and master various social listening tools. + Skilled in storytelling, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages in both presentations and verbal communication. + Passionate about the digital world and its business implications. + Native Vietnamese speaker, fluent in English (spoken and written).
