You will primarily be responsible for: In this role you will be responsible for: + Running Neilsen and Circana Monthly Reports + Helping with Retail and distribution plans by channel and by customer + Analysis of internal POS data and Circana & Nielsen data to evaluate performance + Nielsen database management + Monitoring and analysis of competitive trade activities & pricing + Day-to-day coordination to support seamless execution of strategies + Helping with monthly PowerPoint Presentations on category trends + Assisting with development, management and execution of display strategies **Working for Coty means** our people make us who we are. Knowledge of PowerBI a strong asset. + Detailed oriented and manages complexity. + Ability to gather and analyze data, and develop fact-based recommendations that are a result of the analysis. + Strong time management & prioritization skills. + Ability to thrive in high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines. + Strong initiative and ability to work independently. + Ability to think outside of the box and be confident to bring new ideas to table. + Keen eye and creative ability. + Knowledge of changing beauty landscape and industry Qualifications/Experience: + Bachelor’s degree (Business, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Sales) + 1-3 year’s experience in CPG + Passion for beauty industry + Solid financial and business acumen required + Proficiency with PC applications MS Excel & PowerPoint **OUR BENEFITS** Asour CMI & CB OTM Intern, this is unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact.
