**MBA Finance Overview – Full Time**

**Basic Qualifications**
+ Enrolled in an MBA program
+ Graduation by August 2026
+ Language fluency in English (both written and verbal)
+ 3 to 7 years of professional work experience
**Additional Functional Job Skills & Preference**
+ Previous pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is a plus, but not a requirement
+ Previous experience in business, accounting, finance, economics, or data analytics is a plus
+ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
+ Demonstrated collaboration
+ Flexibility and adaptability
+ Strong learning agility

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$122,250 - $179,300
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
