Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION: - Writes schedule for maintenance partners. - Assists in training of new maintenance partners. - Writes daily job lists for maintenance partners. - Communicates maintenance needs, problems, or solutions to Service Director/Manager. - Provides superlative customer service. - Sweeps, mops, and polishes store floors. - Cleans restrooms. - Continually empties trash receptacles throughout store. - Assists Service Director/Manager with supervision of 3-5 employees. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION: - Typically requires 5-8 years of related experience. - Knowledge of department product, food preparation, and equipment required. - Supervisory experience preferred. - Previous Maintenance experience preferred. - Travel by car or airplane with overnight stays 05-2008
