Description Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory (CM&A) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join this growing team. Primary responsibilities include: + Lead the full product development lifecycle for equity products, from concept through launch and ongoing optimization. + Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams including Technology, Middle Office, and Sales to align product strategy with business goals. + Define and prioritize product requirements, manage roadmaps, and drive execution across teams. + Develop and implement strategies for product evolution based on market trends, client feedback, and performance metrics. + Ensure products meet regulatory standards and internal compliance requirements. Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials + 10+ years of progressive experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial services, with a strong focus on product strategy, risk management, and operational leadership. + Proven track record of successfully managing complex financial products in a fast-paced environment. + Strong understanding of equity markets, financial instruments, and product development processes. + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; Preferred skills + Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. + Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive strategic initiatives in fast paced, regulated environments. + Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value and innovation. + Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape in equity products. Hours & Work Schedule + Hours per Week: 40 + + Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $260,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
