CM&A Sr Product Manager

Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory (CM&A) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join this growing team. 

Primary responsibilities include:

Lead the full product development lifecycle for equity products, from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams including Technology, Middle Office, and Sales to align product strategy with business goals.Define and prioritize product requirements, manage roadmaps, and drive execution across teams.Develop and implement strategies for product evolution based on market trends, client feedback, and performance metrics.Ensure products meet regulatory standards and internal compliance requirements.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

10+ years of progressive experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial services, with a strong focus on product strategy, risk management, and operational leadership.Proven track record of successfully managing complex financial products in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of equity markets, financial instruments, and product development processes.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; 

Preferred skills 

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive strategic initiatives in fast paced, regulated environments. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value and innovation.Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape in equity products.

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40 + Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $260,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.  ​
