Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, groups, or event coordination.Good communication skills and comfortable speaking with clients, peers, superior.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn hotel systems.
