Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Reservation Assistant Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the reservation processes across multiple properties within our hotel group, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Manage and coordinate reservation activities for multiple properties within the clusterSupervise and train reservation team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementAnalyze booking trends and occupancy data to optimize revenue management strategiesCollaborate with sales, marketing, and revenue management teams to develop and implement effective pricing and promotional strategiesHandle complex reservation inquiries, special requests, and VIP bookingsEnsure accurate and timely processing of reservations across all channelsMonitor and maintain high standards of customer service within the reservation departmentGenerate and analyze reports on reservation performance and key metricsStay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edgeImplement and maintain standard operating procedures for the reservation departmentResolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel reservations or related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management roleProficiency in reservation management systems and Microsoft Office suiteStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAdvanced problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentIn-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practicesFamiliarity with revenue management principles and strategiesFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plusHotel management certifications are preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
