The Cluster Recruiting Manager supports the smooth and effective operation of the Human Resources Division and works closely with the Director of Human Resources or Human Resources Manager to implement Hyatt’s People Philosophy across the hotel. The role will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, establish recruitment strategies (including employer branding initiatives), and identify and leverage various sourcing channels (such as social media platforms and search firms) to attract top talent. In addition, the Cluster Recruiting Manager will design and manage AI- and data-driven recruitment initiatives to drive innovative and effective hiring practices.
