Human Resources - Cluster Recruiting Manager
We are seeking unique and passionate individuals to join our team as we continue to provide rate and intimate experiences in the heart of Gangnam.
The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking forthe Human Resources - Cluster Recruiting Manager who will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations.
The Cluster Recruiting Manager supports the smooth and effective operation of the Human Resources Division and works closely with the Director of Human Resources or Human Resources Manager to implement Hyatt’s People Philosophy across the hotel. The role will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, establish recruitment strategies (including employer branding initiatives), and identify and leverage various sourcing channels (such as social media platforms and search firms) to attract top talent. In addition, the Cluster Recruiting Manager will design and manage AI- and data-driven recruitment initiatives to drive innovative and effective hiring practices.
This position is ranked from as Assistant Manager, and will report to the Director of Human Resources.
