Job Description

Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd. is currently looking for an experienced Cluster Real Estate and Facility Lead with a background in engineering or business. Duties can include and will not be limited to the following: 

Ensure compliance of guidelines, standards and strategies to local country requirements – adaption if necessary; drive harmonization of core processesManagement of operational Real Estate work on cluster-level (FM operation)Steering of cluster-wide demands and ensuring of optimal provision of space and servicesEvaluation of status of locations and definition of actions according to site assessments (investment planning)Support Site Representatives and stakeholderDrive resource and competence management of entire Real estate community within the clusterFacilitate bottom-up business planning and reporting by ensuring quality and consistency of upstream to regional levelCascading GR targets & journey to country/clusterImplementation of GR strategical fields (e.g. digitalization, sustainability, portfolio development)Alignment of regional and local portfolio initiatives with GBs and stakeholderSteering of technical projects with focus on resource & know-how sharing and smoothingLeading of GR site functions (FCM, at  site) as functional managerExecution of projects (“buy”, “lease”, “build”, “exit”), if required in accordance with the Business Units and Corporate Function

Qualifications

Education

Relevant degre Master’s degree in engineering or business (or similar) will be advantageous Background in law

Experience 

Over 5-years experience in Real EstateWell versed in process managementProven management experiencesExperience in project steering and financial reporting

Skills

Good / high communication skillsAvailability for short-term travels FlexibilityCollaborativeOpen-mindedPlanning and organising skills
