Leads marketing, PR, and creative initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive guest engagement, and support revenue growth while managing the marketing team and campaigns across all channels. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you'll mostly be: + Lead, mentor, and support junior marketing and PR team members. + Collaborate with the resort team to create and execute comprehensive marketing plans. This may include online and offline advertising, social media campaigns, email marketing, partnerships, and other promotional activities. + Generate engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and printed materials. This may include writing copy, creating visual assets, and coordinating with design teams. + Ensure all marketing and PR initiatives adhere to ethical standards, copyright, and brand guidelines. + Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and tracking expenditures. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights for future planning. What We need from you: + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, or a related field. + 2–3 years in hotel/resort marketing and PR, with experience managing social media, campaigns, and graphic content. + Proficiency in graphics and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva. + Experience in event management, media relations, and brand promotions is highly desirable.
