As a Cluster People Operations Manager, you provide HR support and expertise to the leadership and lead, supervise and monitor all HR activities at the Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton hotels ensuring a great brand-specific team member work experience.

 Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Support the overall management of the hotels by establishing effective working relationships with other departments ensuring a high level of cross departmental collaborationProvide and deliver first-class employee relations services to the hotelTake ownership of delivering a culture on property that aligns with the brandEnsure the payroll function including the payroll budgets and actuals is managed well and in line with local legal regulationsControl costs when possible and assist in meeting hotel/departmental financial targetsManage succession planning with managers Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate immigration checks are carried outAssure compliance with all training requirements for team members and ensure team members' development
