Cluster Markets Corporate Security Manager GreCyMa+
We are currently seeking a Cluster Markets Corporate Security Manager for GreCyMa, Italy & Israel, who will be based at the Xanthi factory. This role will support the Regional Corporate Security Western Europe Director in implementing the Corporate Security Strategy and providing assistance to all JTI business entities, operations, and projects within their designated Area of Responsibility (AOR)
Position:
As the Cluster Markets Corporate Security Manager for GreCyMa, Italy & Israel, you will be responsible for:
Risk & Crisis Management: Support the development and implementation of security strategies and crisis response plans, including maintaining a Regional Security Risk Register and participating in the Regional Crisis Management Team. People & Asset Protection: Oversee security programs across cluster markets to ensure the safety of personnel, facilities, and operations, including travel security, executive protection, and supply chain integrity. Security Audits & Investigations: Assist in planning and conducting security audits, assessments, and investigations in collaboration with internal functions such as Compliance, Legal, and People & Culture. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong internal networks across all levels and functions, and maintain external relationships with law enforcement, security agencies, and industry associations. Financial Oversight: Manage the cluster’s security budget, monitor expenditures, and oversee contracts with security service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery. Talent Development: Lead and develop direct reports, contribute to succession planning, and actively participate in the Corporate Security Talent Development Program
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent, including exceptional experience and achievements Minimum 5 years of experience in military, law enforcement, intelligence, or corporate security, or a combination of these Good security and law enforcement network Very good command of English (oral and written) Knowledge of Greek will be considered an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across team
