Job DescriptionThe Hygiene Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards across all hotel operations. This role ensures full compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and local health regulations, with a strong focus on food safety, cleanliness, and guest well-being. The Hygiene Manager conducts regular inspections, provides hygiene training to team members, implements corrective actions, and works closely with department heads to continuously improve hygiene practices throughout the hotels.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hygiene, food safety, or quality assurance within a hotel or hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, and local health regulations
Certification in Food Safety or Hygiene (e.g. HACCP, Food Handler, or equivalent)
Good communication and training skills
Detail-oriented with strong inspection and reporting abilities
